Don’t be a mullet, make time for #breakfast!
This is a bowl of steal cut oats, soaked over night [while you are sleeping] in enough water to cover the oats by a finger width. For extra flavour, soak the oats with a pinch of salt & a shard of cassia bark. When you wake up, put oats on a low heat with a slug of milk for about 10mins (while you brush your teeth/switch on the news). When the milk starts to boil, you’re in the business! Chop up an apple and toss in. Easy peasy lemon squeeze!
